October 2026 — Santa Fe Springs, CA — RD Rubber Technology Corporation, an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 certified manufacturer of custom-molded rubber components, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. Founded in 1986, RD Rubber originally set out to bridge a gap in the market at the time: to take customers from short custom runs to high-volume production while maintaining the same high level of quality and customer service.

Today, those customers include OEMs with critical-to-function requirements, and the company has built a reputation for compliance with the certifications and registrations that defense and aerospace programs require. The company is Department of Defense (DOD) Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified, and maintains ITAR registration to support sensitive aerospace, defense, space exploration, and government work. Most recently, RD Rubber achieved CMMC Level 2 (self-assessed) status, reinforcing its readiness for DOD projects. To support these programs, RD Rubber also invested in a new, larger Class A facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
