RD Rubber Technology understands that in today’s global marketplace, it’s more important than ever to bring your product to market as fast as possible. Prototyping is a significant part of the manufacturing process, enabling you to transform your concept into a functional product.
We often create a prototype mold to produce sample parts to test the manufacturing and engineering process. The manufacturing and engineering process can then be refined to experiment with multiple materials for functional, chemical, and compatibility testing. Through this process, we work with you to finalize and develop your product for production tooling.
We work closely with our customers to determine what materials and tooling will work best for your application. CAD systems and software modeling are limited. For rubber components, SLA’s will provide you with a part to dimensional specifications, but it won’t give you a fully functioning part.
